Which Bits are free?

We charge to see the live music from 6.pm on Friday and 3.30pm on Saturday. The Saturday lunchtime session, including two artists, is free. The beer festival will also be accessible free of charge on Saturday lunchtime and all day Sunday (if there is any left). All other activities on Sunday are also free of charge.  

Where does the money go?

The majority of proceeds from this event will go to support Allington Playing Field. We are also hoping to be able to make a donation to a local charity.

Can I bring my own drinks?

You cannot bring your own drinks to any activities that are taking place at The Welby Arms, namely the live music on Friday and Saturday and the beer festival throughout the weekend. 

Can I bring my own chair?

Althouigh the live music will be taking place in a confined space there will be some seating. If you need a seat and want to bring your own chairs please contact the organisers. Covered seating will also be available in the area to the rear of the stage, close to where the food is served. 

Where do I park my car?

Plenty of free car parking space will be available at the Playing Field which will be signed. It is a 5 minute walk to the event. Please do not park on the verges.

Can I buy food?

Yes. Over the weekend the Welby Arms will be providing a bbq within the event itself. You will also be able to order festival food from the pub bar.The bbq menu will consist of a range of burgers including lamb and mint and pork and apple. There will also be Lincolnshire hot dogs. The range of festival food will include fish and chips, pies, chicken curry, chilli and a vegetarian option.On Sunday the W.I will be serving burgers and bacon butties. The shop will be selling ice creams.
